This app is awful. The transaction listings are never as accurate as they claim to be, the app rarely opens anymore, and despite having the updated version with the right username and password I've been locked out for a month now because the app seems to think it needs an update still. This is literally the most garbage mobile banking app I've used and thats sad given that I was once a reliant member.

I had trouble logging in and called for assistance. Heather answered and was very helpful and patient, solving my issue and helping me to gain access to my account. If you are having trouble with the app, just call and receive help, it is working fine for me now.
