The app works well for tracking my X3 workouts. I like to use the phone app along with the web app which sync the data together. It would be very helpful to be able to populate future workouts using a template repeated into the future on a calendar, much like setting up repeated items in calendar apps. Selection boxes for days of the week, repeat check box and end date. Perhaps set it up to be able to repeat an existing past workout (using its template and selected bands). On the workout day, you could modify bands as needed to achieve desired number of reps. Maybe a selection box that would apply those band selections in the repeated future workouts. I do recommend the app as it is and would increase my rating with the above functionality added. Update after using for 3 weeks: There seems to be an issue with Analytics. When I moved to heavier bands, the Max Force shows a lower value. This doesn't make sense. I have contacted the developer: No reply.

I had an issue with the app right at first. I contacted the developer and within 5 minutes I had an actual response from the developer and not an auto response. Awesome customer service. Problem was resolved. The app store fault not developer. App works very well. Much better than the free one from the company. I like the metronome feature. Helps keep an accurate time during advance holds. Very well done. Keep up the good work.

So far has been a great companion for using the x3 bar! A lot of really good features I was trying to figure out how to do on a spreadsheet and in an interface easy to use. The only thing I could imagine that would make this app better is a way to see the numbers of Reps you did prior as you are about to do the exercise it would really help to see immediately what I did the last time I did the exercise so I have it in my head what to beat.
