This app needs to be uninstalled and reinstalled to get it to work since updating the website. I was hoping to see daily usage, as I track it, my solar usage, and monitor total usage through Emporia connections straight through the breaker box main. I must say, during the last year, you have added extra kw to my bill, upwards of hundreds. That doesn't seem like a lot per customer, but added up, you guys are scamming us. is that why you stopped the daily use stats?

I wish you would've thought out these changes to the app, and website, a little more. It looks more modern. But now I can't see daily usage anymore...only monthly, which doesn't do much good, because you can't see when the current cycle ends anymore. If it were a fixed period, that would be fine, but the billing cycles fluctuate between 28-32 days regardless of the month. So now I can no longer view when I need to use a little more, or less, electricity to hit my kWh plan minimums. Thanks 😕

More times than I'd like, it does not load usage. If I'm lucky and it does, it is not in real time or even updated to what happened yesterday. So far it's about three to four days behind "daily usage tracking". I also do not appreciate being forced to save my payment information via website nor app. I prefer to input my information each time. It's my control and choice to be hacked that way.
