Accessibility Services Disclosure: Bitwarden offers the ability to use the Accessibility Service to augment Autofill on older devices or in cases where autofill is not working correctly. When enabled, the Accessibility Service is used to search for login fields in apps and websites. This establishes the appropriate field IDs when a match for the app or site is found and inserts credentials. When the Accessibility Service is active Bitwarden does not store information or control any on-screen elements beyond inserting credentials.

Ratings and reviews

Love Bitwarden, but there's a serious lack of updates and features. The user interface definitely needs an update. There's many small things that could be improved like dragging and dropping into folders. To be honest it feels very dated compared to other options. I felt compelled to give it 2 stars because in the many years I've used it, I feel like nothing's changed, the appearance is the same, and the way I've used it is the same. I know there's been updates but nothing that's stood out to me

Update: After last update, the time out option doesn't work. I have it set to never, but it locks every single time I use it. Downgrading to 4 stars until fixed. PLEASE FIX. Love this app! After trying numerous other password managers, this one blows the rest out of the water. It's easy to use and sync with all my browsers and devices. At first it wasn't working with Samsung Internet, but that's been fixed. I'd gladly pay, but the free version does everything I need and without ads.

It works but it could use some serious improvements. I really prefer using folders to keep everything organized and really none of the Bitwarden apps make it easy. Really just lacking on the UI and user friendlyness... Like being able to drag and drop to another folder. Drag and drop to organize how the folders and items are listed. And just overall a better more intuitive interface. The service is spot on though, so gotta give them that.
