Ratings and reviews

This app, as a map service, is worse than a physical printed map. It does not have an updated restaurant list. Searching doesn't bring up a list of suggestions. No color differentiation between restaurants, casas, recreational areas, etc. Cannot give directions from current location to destination of choice.

I am currently here at hotel xcaret Mexico and the app works when you first install it but then overnight, it has a glitch and you can no longer access the app cause it will shut down automatically. its frustrating cause its a huge resort and its nice to know where the buffets are, the pool, etc. When I am in the app and it's working, the information is decent, it can be a little more precise to know if a reservations are required. It is written on some, not all

It should be more interactive. It should give you moving maps. Since you name your restaurants, you should put signs on them so you can find them. You can not find information on the app about bars and shows. There is no way to make and cancel dinner reservations online. It does not allow for the making of reservations to the parks either. The app is really geared toward reservations, and that is it. Under restaurants, add allergy menus. Signage on the property is horrific.
