Location data extremely inaccurate most of the time even in coverage area AND connected to wifi. Calls work well. Using music REALLY REALLY drains the battery. I limit to 10 min and still the watches dont last for a full day(8-5) i have to charge them during lunch to last. Video calls are either decent or no video. Messaging doesnt always update on watch when i message kids. Watches great in theory not so much in practice for $200 each plus $10month. Edit: parental controls work rather well..

The watch is good quality and sturdy. The app is decent. I wish there was support for some other form of messaging outside of the app. It's disappointing that the watch has good cameras and plenty of storage, yet there isn't a way to access the photos/videos remotely without sending them via messages. The thing that bothers me most is that video calling is advertised everywhere, but is only supported over wifi. This limitation should have been more clear.

This app is not great and has a lot of bugs. Always says "Oops. Successfully completed." which is confusing--can't tell if it worked or not half the time. You can't enter a phone number into contacts without a photo. You can't text or video chat yet. Hopefully they resolve these issues soon. The overall idea is good. I like the firewall idea (no callers except those in contact list).
