Ratings and reviews

Used to love this app and its widget. Recent updates have destroyed the widget functionality. If there is no widget, the app runs great. But, if you have the widget on your phone, Xe keeps freezing, the widget shows "Updating" all the time, and error messages appear all the time. Opening the app causes it to immediately close. Deleting the widget fixes the app, but it all used to work perfectly. It needs to be fixed! The Sep 6 update fixed the widget problem. Thanks!

Thought I'd use this service to send money to an account I have open in another country. Checked the list to make sure the country is being served. The process seemed to have gone through successfully. However, hours later, my money was returned and the XE account was immediately CLOSED with no explanation as to why. Probably the same old stupid "security" reason... It's a good thing I wasn't already in said country and in an emergency. DO NOT USE THIS APP. There are FAR superior ones.

Have used the Xe for awhile to check currency rates. Created an account today to send money internationally to family. First, mobile wallet for that country errored on both site and app. On cash pickup, transaction was denied as the payment type (credit card) was not supported. Thankful the charge was reversed. Half an hour later, an email stating my account was automatically closed as they could not support my international transactions. No reason will be given.
