unreliable app. only works sometimes. App permissions needs to no location at all times.

The app does work well, but it requires always-on location tracking, even though it should work just fine just when the app is running. I'm giving two stars because the app runs well, but any app that takes more permissions than necessary is highly suspect. If you are considering installing a charger at your property, please DO NOT CHOOSE XEAL.

Requires email, phone, and credit card to start using. Does NOT tell you how much a station charges, which is ridiculous. Does not show which stations are operational. I tried 3, all didn't work - just a loop of tap to start (without telling you how much it charges) and going back to asking you to tap to start. Worst ev charging app experience.
