I've only been using an app for about a week and I am overall enjoying it so far. I wish you were able to log additional exercises outside of your exercise plan and maybe even see a graph of your lifting weight progress throughout time? I also would love a small element, maybe one that could be opted out of that was minimal mood tracking. Data is just so important throughout the journey and to understand why I'm extra hungry or behaving the way I am could be helpful. I'm hella motivated though!

Coming from a 400 lbs guy who has tried many apps, I can definitely say this app is made for everyone. These are actual workouts that you don't need a fancy gym or be semi skinny to start achieving your goals. I'm only on day 4 of my challenge, but the videos during the workout and the organization of the app make the whole process easy!

The app is easy and intuitive. Not an imitation it's the real deal, done by real people who want to help you. Give it a try it's worth it. Workouts with guided instruction, meal planning with recipes, and a tracker for both your meals and workout progress. Finally, something that's helping to make a difference in people and isn't filled with the corpo mumbo jumbo. Thank you to Xeela and the team! Can't wait to see where you go from here!
