Works with all Go Program® Way2Go Card® eligible MasterCard programs. In order to determine if you are eligible to use this app, please refer to the back of your prepaid card. On the back of your card, in the bottom right-hand corner, you will see the words GoProgram.com.

Every time I sign in the app says "error, go to way2go. com to manage my account". I got tired of hitting "ok" 2 times before it would let me sign in so I tried way2go. com and that wouldn't let me sign it at all. I've uninstalled & reinstalled the app twice. Play doesn't give me the option to uninstall updates (if that's even the issue). Whoever screwed it up please fix it!!! and by the way I think it's really rude of customer service to ignore all of our reviews for the same complaint.

Anytime you login an error message appears even though I have it set with code, unable to speak with agent easily, no simple way to lock the card. Linked accounts are easy to manage & pending transactions take awhile to clear even if money is available. Alerts are set but I don't receive them. The one card that is easy to use at gas station pump

Awful experience it's been using Way2Go. Insanely good at only one thing: declining online purchases. Plus, they are considered a "pre-paid" card by most banks so if they don't decline your online purchase, then the bank you want to transfer the money to will almost certainly decline doing business with you. And, for the life of me, I've been unable to pin a customer support number. Now that I think of it? The daily limit to send out is 75$ on cashapp. It's my money and I need it now!Just awful.
