Terrible Support it ranged from them not knowing if our bill was paid to them, not sending us the parts to run our printer for months. We even had tech support delayed by 5 days when your contract was to receive support with 4 hours. No calls from support agent when they arrive. - They also have like 3 different supply systems that don't communicate with each other so if you reach one agent they have no idea about the order. Do not use this company they suck really bad.

When the wait times for service are too long, this is an alternative to speak to a tech rep. It would be nice it I could save my machine serial numbers in the app, for easy reference.

One tip that may help on repeat visits is to register an account on the Xerox website.
Your Xerox account credentials can then be used to Log In to the Support Engage App, carrying over your contact details automatically.
