Terrible. Constantly freezes & lags. I have yet to watch a program that doesn't get an error message. Never happens with Netflix or other streaming platforms, so the problem isn't with the Internet, but with the CABLE APP. I end up frustrated, I exit Xfinity to watch other streaming apps that don't have constant interruptions. Don't bother calling for help, they don't let you talk to anyone until you text & jump through a thousand other ways to fix it yourself. Should have stuck with satellite.

Good news is they did finally fix the bug that affected certain Samsung models... sad news is, the app freezes, doesn't sync video/audio, crashes.. i switched back to cable but this app is basically useless (can't even rewind live shows or pause) I'm not able to run an actual cable line to my TV bc of the set up.. so unfortunately I'm going to have to go back to Hulu. I hope Xfinity starts putting money into app streaming.. it will pull many of their customers back

The app is unusable! On my home network. The app is stuck in a loading state on my 2 LG TV'S. The app freezes when trying to cast to google from my phone and tablet (Android ). This started happening this month. I'm paying a lot of money for all of these services and I can't use them. 1/7/2024 Same issues. Also the App is extremely slow loading on my phone and tablet on my home network. No issues with my connection. App runs smoothly when I switch to cellular from my phone. Fix it!!!
