App does not work! I have downloaded the app 3 times. No matter what I do, I can't get past the sign in page. It says I'm signed in but when I hit "continue" it flashes back to the same screen. It's so frustrating since I can't get an agent on the phone for set up. I certainly pay Comcast enough every month. This process shouldn't be so problematic!

Pain in the butt. Involves too much to figure out. Even in getting the app, there were too many choices to pick from. When you just need simple, it makes it complicated to figure out. I don't like complicated. Don't see the point. I suppose down the road it might get easier and more useful, but first off...not happy about making changes on all my devices. Causes too much stress for the whole family.

Asking after a system outage is probably not the best time to get feedback. This app is really good at giving the "Something went wrong." screen and then reloading back to the same screen but that's usually the time when you need it. it would be nice if it makes things easier than management with the new modem. The app is still hiccuping at the moment though.
