It's okay It's okay and that's about it for me. TV shows are not updated in a timely manner at all. Some of the local channels that can be watched are now subscription channels on the app. Some programs that you watch have no commercials at all others have way too many and way too long.
Playback issues I am continuously receiving an error message when trying to view content. I have restarted the app, reinstalled the app, restarted my phone, and tried numerous other solutions but I keep receiving the message after about 30 sec of a video begins loading.
Can't catch hockey games that are considered "out of market area." If say NBCSN has a game on TV between the Chicago Blackhawks and the Ottawa Senators, the app won't play it if your in New England. Just says it's unavailable at this time. Not bad otherwise.
galaxy note 3 It works but now it asks for subscription to regular channel like FOX and FX and random shows on other channels also not always up to date. All previous times none of the channels in my cable package needed a subscription now it's just Ok not great as it was.
Why block all the channels? Why does Comcast create an app that only ends up blocking all the channels? I can't even watch local news channels. It says it only works with in home wifi from Comcast. Nope, that's not true also. The channels are still blocked. I can see all the selections and click on them but they don't allow any viewing. Plus, their boxes don't work. So why not allow the app to be a back up option?
This is a wonderful app I love the option of watching my favorite shows on my devices. With Nexus 6P, I can cast anything on my phone to my Chromecast. I no longer watch scheduled TV. Only stream and this app fills in the gaps for Netflix, Hulu and Amazon.
Better handling for blackouts during sporting events.
