This app is great for exactly one thing: XFinity trying to sell you a phone and additional services. This is so important to them in fact, that they took all of the practical functionality out of the web portal: ability to bounce my router, stream anything, check my voicemail, etc. All of those functions, that have worked for years, now prompt me to install the app (which doesn't seem to do any of those things) or get help from a bot or a very polite, but totally hapless off shore service

it does not work properly. Not all call and texts are recorded. and the customer service is horrible! I have had issues from the start and they have made empty promises to fix them. I have had an open ticket to resolve issues for over a year. missed calls show up as outgoing calls from. an Atlsnta comcast number. I dont use wi fi calling. There is not an option for a printable bill.

Only SMS (not messages sent over data connections) and phone calls that are not made over wifi are displayed in the app. Are you still seeing missing information? If so, please reach out to us at with your name and phone number associated to the account and we can look into it for you!

This is the worst service ever! You don't even have the ability to adjust the number of rings before a call goes to voicemail. Called CS and it refused to connect me to an agent. None of the fixes on google work and the application does not have a feature for this update. Xfinity Assistant doesn't work either. Help only seems to be available if you want to spend money.
