Company may be a scam/front. App lacks features and significantly slowed down phone and internet, and connecting a device was a hassle, but it'd be 3 stars if not for another issue. My device had a quality issue, and not only was it and several others I was interested in delisted, but multiple nearly identical devices had been listed under different brands and at a similar price to what I'd bought it for "on sale". If the products are sketchy, who knows why this app slowed my phone down so much!

I downloaded the app for my vacuum and go to connect my device, but it says I have to sign in first so I attempt to login, but every time I click on something in the app, nothing happens and I have to completely close out of the app because it freezes. Plus I chose United States and everything is in Chinese... had the app for five minutes and not off to a good start.

Terrible. I bought this companies USB wifi+ extender about 2 years ago, I used it with slight setup issues at the beginning and things were alright. I just started using this again and I cannot get the app to see the extender. I also don't understand why my contacts on my phone need accessing but whatever, I went through that whole setup this time and cannot get the app to see my WiFi+ USB range extender. The app needs actual developers behind it, not a lazy hack. Fix it and maintain it!
