Forced to switch from Zepp Life to Mi Fitness when I upgraded my Mi Band 5 (which is still great aside from a dying battery) to a Band 9. It's a shame. There are some oversights that I can live with: You CAN'T log weight in pounds, or distance in miles; the sleep graph sucks. But the major problem is a severe background battery drain that appears after a few weeks of use. The only fix is to reinstall the app and configure it all again. I've missed alarms b/c this app drained my phone overnight.

I had to switch over to this app from Zepp life, after upgrading my Mi band to a newer model. Compared to the older app, this one has several "holes" that's hard to understand. Some sports (like inline skating) do not record GPS data like distance and speed. Customization data display widgets is gone...etc. I was hoping that updates would take care of these infancy problems, but over a year later and nothing got fixed. The app itself is not bad, but it is a definite stepdown from its precursor.

My Smart Band 9 has worked wonderfully for almost a year now. 👍 The app is decent. Custom watch faces & widgets are great, but many parts are hard to use. My feedback months ago was never addressed. *Period tracking is terrible. Can't scroll from month to month, the "predicted period" hasn't worked for months. *"Band protection connection" error every time I open the app even though I've given it full permissions. *Weight is only in KG, no way to change to Lbs. *Very limited workout options.
