Firmware upgrades aren't working for the Q35 HD+. After the transfer bar completes, the app shows a message saying "waiting for the device to restart to complete upgrade." I hear the headphones say "power on" but they don't reconnect to the phone. After waiting over 5 minutes, I have to manually power cycle the headphones but when I go to check the firmware version, it's still the old 0.0.9. The upgraded 0.1.0 version doesn't stick.

Well, as I learned during their update/blackout yesterday, the app has to connect to their servers to actually function. So if their site goes down, you can't mess with anything in the app. Tested it today by turning off my wifi and mobile data, and same issue, app blanks out and crashes. Use the old app if you can. I'm positive it's all spyware at this point, but at least the other one has a fallback and functions without Internet.

Not very impressive. I had to download a second (this one) and register a 2nd time. App is slow updating earbuds firmware. The EQ settings on the app make little difference from each other. Bass boat and treble boost didn't really boost anything. Customizing the EQ is a pain. Hard to move EQ sliders and when you do the response is slow in the sound alteration. I'm probably going to delete this app since the earbuds sound fine as they are.
