Unreliable junk. This seems more their server problems than app problems. Suddenly none of my cameras will connect to wifi (multiple locations and routers). Can't add cameras either. Other times, no Events appear in history, then magically reappear 2-3 weeks later. Cameras no longer sold on Amazon. Used to be good but have become unreliable in 2025 and 2026.

The app is simple to use but has odd quirks. Files don't always play unless you hit the play button multiple times and wade through numerous errors messages that really, just don't make sense. Ok value for the money, but if security and timeliness of alerts are important, then get something else. Dropping my rating as the app now has stopped working. No alerts, no video clips although I can see live video feeds. No update since November 24... no bueno in my book.

Pretty good. Sometimes recorded video doesn't come up until you look at the previous day then go back to same day. Updating and downgrading my review. The app is completely inconsistent and now I am unable to connect 2 of my 3 cameras to Wifi when I am 2M away from the router. I would blame the router but the other 1 connects fine with no problem
