I don't like the advertisement pop up when you open the app. I went to the settings to turn it off. But every weekly update turns it back on and have to go back to setting to turn it off again. I don't trust the advertisement because my Spyware blocker kick in. So I feel like this app has some spying into it. I dont feel comfortable with this app. Cameras work great. Just dont like the app advertisement and how they have weekly updates that I don't see a different. Junk app.

purchased the camera and am not using cloud service only SD card. Why do I now see ads when I open this app? It wasn't showing ads at first and now it's making my phone's health check go off because it's draining my battery. If you purchase a product and it relies on software to work, then it shouldn't include ads and is very sad that it does because it's a decent camera for the money. The resolution isn't bad though its not what it claims even after setting to UHD.

Horrible experience.I've had the camera for two months. Visually, it is so superior to Ring. Amazing. But the app is expensive and SPOTTY CUSTOMER SERVICE. I see, respond here with a 800 number because no one is answering my "Live Chat". I spent money on your product, can't use it and your customer service is a non-responsive "chat".
