Too many ads on free version, allows only 2 standard designs. Also can't get hats on both characters even if you choose it

Okay, why. are all the scenes locked now!? They never locked them in the old version, so why now, and what is worse. I have to pay way more than 4 dollars for everything including the scenes now! Not only the no ads and watermark purchase! Holy duck, this app just got terrible, I can't believe I was tricked into updating this app that I THOUGHT was free from the start!

my experience is not good. This app doesn't give me the option of adding all the faces I want. I do not like the music. I really enjoyed the original elf yourself with children's and family member faces.
