Stopped working after I have updated to the latest version, tried to clear app data, deleted my android device from xmatter and add device again, no luck. Keep saying I'm logged out. Don't update the app if you don't want to screw your job.
Really wish there was an option to close a ticket from the app. Sometimes getting to a computer is not feasible or the issue is solved over the phone.
Getting logged off each time I close the app.. it's happening after latest upgrade.. no use of the app if it continues this way..
When I click on "Login with QR Code" it shows a toast message "Unexpected exception occurred". Not able to proceed with QR code, please try to fix this. I am using One Plus X phone, with Android Marshmallow operating system.
Notification sounds do not work Custom sound notifications do not work. I have it installed on both my iOS and Android devices, both are having the same issue. No matter how it's setup custom notification settings are ignored. App used to work on a previous version
Use to work. But now, when I try to login after reinstalling the app, I get the message "error while connecting to the xmatters server"
Fixed bug where some users are being logged out of the account.
