Ratings and reviews

Not only does the website not work for a local event, but it says it's not it's not compatible with my current device. I'm on a Pixel 8 which is plenty new. This app also hasn't been updated since May 6, 2023. This is what we call "abandonware" in the industry. I'm guessing they are about to go out of business. Based on the reviews I see I will probably need to buy tickets at the door at twice the price.

Tried to buy Ren Faire tickets online. The site locked up and charged my card for the ticketsanyway.I didn't receive an email from them for confirmation. When I tried to have my tickets resent to me, the system didn't recognize my phone number or email. I tried signing up for an account when I purchased the tickets, but when I try to log in with those credentials it says I never signed up for an account. There's no phone number to call for support and I've sent an email, but haven't heard back.

This app will scam you! My daughter bought Luke Bryan tickets IN MICHIGAN where we are from, we had looked at the tickets multiple times and all was good. We look again and they are now for Wisconsin. Nope. There is no phone number to contact anybody and their email said there wa nothing they can do because the show we already paid for is sold out.. We wont be buying through them again!
