Ratings and reviews

Easy check-in and check-out, account finances and for casual booking requests compared to storypark. Harder to find historical posts though. I absolutely hate that this app is in constant dark mode. If it's too advanced to have a switch in the app just make it light. Everyone has toggles to make all or certain apps dark mode in their phones anyway.

Customer service is seriously lacking. Company admitted that their security isn't up to standard but expects the customer (parents) to make changes to make the program more secure. Overall, ask the provider that uses this program to consider switching to something more secure and user friendly.

When it's working its great! However, Linking an account when you already have one is difficult to say the least. The link gets sent and it says my account is linked but doesn't show my child anywhere. I end up needing to get my centre to call support and do it on the phone while I'm there. Given that I drop my kids off outside of business hours this is a difficult thing to line up.
