About this app

Xplora app is designed for parents or guardians to manage Xplora smartwatch.

Xplora app uses your daily activity health information from your smartphones (Health app) such as step data to track your day & progress over time. Your activity will be your power source to join our activity campaigns and compete with your children with Xplora smartwatches.

In the app, you can

* Manage contacts of kids watch
* Voice calling and messaging to kids watch
* Check its location of kids watch
* Manage a safety zone
* Manage school mode

Agree with the majority of comments here. Since the new app, its awful. The amount of times it tells me it "Couldn't Refresh the Location" is ridiculous so I am unable to track. Trying to call the watch through the app or by phone, it fails more times than it actually works. Good job it hasn't been needed in an actual emergency.

Not the best app, the tracking is not good and the location data is often wrong, this company really needs to sort this out because this is the safety of our kids that's at stake. Updates make the phone glitchy, I have had nothing but hassle with this phone and this app, if you contact customer services and you are lucky to get a reply within two weeks, quite disappointed with the quality and service of this product. would not recommend.

location hardly ever updates, works maybe 2 out of 10 times. On our child's location on phone, same data provider and same subscription, it always works. Messages often don't go through, have to follow up with a call. Calls work 8 out of 10 times. We bought the phone and the Xplora app for the above three things so it's just an expensive non usable assesories.
