Ratings and reviews

Application crash in the middle of workouts. Sometimes does not sync workouts with TP. Avoid at all costs!! Updating my review to say that now it loses connection with the trainer when you put the application in the background. Android 12. Basically you can't use your phone when using the app

The app is poor. Sometimes the connection to the smart trainer cuts out and the power isn't recorded, meaning you have to restart the app and lose your workout progress. In my mind this app forms part of the purchase price of the smart trainer and so it should reflect that price point.

Bad experience, can't connect trainer with apps. Already uninstall, restart hp and restart trainer, still can't connect. I'm using P20 Pro, not sure what's the problem though.
