Ratings and reviews

The 30 min classes are great. However, I book my classes through a 3rd party app & I also have an acct on this app. I often select my spot on this app after I book but apparently someone else who books through a Rumble membership is privied to take that spot. This is a bad user experience. I shouldn't be penalized for utilizing a partnership that your company has available to me.
