Except Biometric and online payment, there is nothing online. for each step you need to go physically yourself or your blood relative from verification to collect the certificate. you can't edit the address once entered. there is no option to download the certificate from App. It should be updated and should be more friendly interface.

Only concept is useful, other than that it's a useless App and wastage of money, I have applied for a character certificate, deposited the amount and after that it's still pending, and if you try to call the helpline they have given some Chitral police station number, So don't waste your money on it because it's non refundable

The service is good but it has some issues. If you submit a request by mistake, it does not get canceled. Another thing is that if someone submits a request for the first time, they make many mistakes. If a review form was opened before the request is submitted and people read it carefully, they could have corrected their mistakes. Please add this option as well.if possible thank you
