The app works great. Ive had it for years. I paid for the premium membership. Which was lifetime, it never charged but that once. I recently got a new phone, had to re download it, it was saying i was already a premium member, but some features didnt work after re-downloaded it and now it's charging me every month. I sent several emails, but never received a reply. I received one email recently it said we have to charge for premium services, but didn't speak of why it once for years didn't.

I've made 2 attempts to contact persons for assistance with this app. I have been using this app for 7+ years. When it came time to renew the subscription, I delayed, but renewed. And with the paid subscription, I can still only use the basic features. When I try to use the "paid" features it redirects me to update, but no updates. I have uninstalled and installed again and the same issues. After 4+ months of trying to reach someone, I have given up and will be canceling and deleting.

This has been my go to app for so long when it comes to editing mobile videos for my online business. But for the last few weeks every single video, no matter what I do, is distorted and grainy and just absolutely terrible. If you just go into the program and edit the video, as in make cuts to the actual length of the film or what not it's fine. The second that you add a watermark to it or a transition or literally any possible enhancement it instantly destroys the video quality.
