There is a lot that need to be fixed. Most importantly, 2 out of 8 items were incorrect. After waiting for 3 days for the delivery, that is not acceptable. They did refund me, but I don't get how this mistake would happen. Don't they scan items and get some sort of warning when it doesn't match any items on the order? Other than this, the coupons don't work properly. The quality of the goulash meat was the worst I had in Berlin. I don't plan on using the app again.

Recommend it! I used this app and liked the user experience of ordering and payment. One time some issue happened to my order and made me feel disappointed and mad. The customer service contacted me and tried to make things up with a generous discount. Taking care of customer experience was a valuable thing about their team.

They are too crazy. I placed an order around 47€. There was a discount coupon of 10€ for any order more than 35€. They missed an 4.53€ item. After reporting the missed item, they refunded 3.46€! Why? Because they refunded a percentage of the original amount because of the discount coupon!! I tried to explain it to them that the coupon wasn't a percentage coupon and without the missed item, my order was more than 35 EUR!!! But they are too crazy to understand it! So I uninstalled the app :-)
