As of 2016-07-13... Edited 2016-07-13. Rating superb! Continues to improve although not really required. And it's free. What's the problem? If you want something more specific with no ads, logon to your stockbroker's site.. End of updated rating. Very nice improvement on an already supurb FREE app. In reading the other reviews, are we talking about the same app?
Xperia Z1 Compact v5.1.1 Yahoo Finance v3.3.0 — Discrete profiles i.e London(£), New York($), Tokyo(¥), converted to local currency(New Zealand dollars are not able to have an NZD overall total), as only those currencies listed in settings are supported. Desktop Windows Web interface allows a greater number of currencies. *sigh*
Goes hand in hand with Acorns I use the acorns app to invest in the stock market and this app tells me exactly what I want to know as information is available. Very clean, easy to navigate and pretty. Great job yahoo.
What a terrible app and UI Portfolio is derived from watchlist and that is in a drop down. If that wasn't terrible, currency selection is using radio buttons without a search functionality. The thing that got my goat was that I couldn't find INR after skimming through that list a bunch of times. Yahoo - ever heard of UX?
SERIOUS BUGS badly mess up the charts. CHART GRAPHICS DON'T MATCH THE NUMBERS! Price and % scales are WAY off in the charts and market tab chart. This bug even shows up in their Play Store app preview pix. Look and you'll see on the chart, % scale, and % numbers above the chart don't match... FAIL! Also the News section needs to sort chronologically, and tickers to sort alphabetically. No brainers that should not be issues. If they fix these issues I'll gladly upgrade review to be positive. No realated put/call options data... major FAIL!!!!!!!!
Why do I need to sign in and set up a new password to view details?! If I feel like signing in every time, I'll use my trading program!
