Step by step to teach you TaiChi 42 forms (standard competition forms) with animation. TaiChi 42 is considered more advanced. It is also the standard Wushu competition form which combines movements drawn from the Yang, Wu, Chen, and Sun styles of traditional Tai Chi Chuan (Taijiquan). Remember to warm up first before you play TaiChi: Stretch both legs; twist waist slowly; shake shoulders; etc.
In this program, my father demonstrates how to play TaiChi42. He is 69 years old， and has played TaiChi for about 20 years. Playing TaiChi is one of his secrets to be healthy. There is an old Chinese saying "拳打千遍，其意自现" which means "You will know what is TaiChi after you practise about thousand times".
This application is meant to help you to play TaiChi42 (which is the basic of TaiChi). Although there are plenty of resource in the internet, I always feel it is more effective to refer to the movement in the handphone on the real time basis.
