Was ok, but since the update it wont let me submit my payment and now my payment will be late. On top of this i spent over 30 minutes on the phone with their customer service, which is in the middle east somewhere, so they are hard to understand in the first place. They then told me that i couldnt pay my rent with my checking account through the phone, but i had to pay with my credit card and that i also had to pay the 30 dollar service fee associated with paying with my credit card, refused to waive the service fee even though it was their fault in the first place, AND THEN THEY HUNG UP ON ME!!!! Worst service ever, terrible app, and if my apartments ever let me pay any other way i would never EVER use them EVER again
Very bad planning and short-sightedness when it comes to app development. Sounds like this app didn't go through Beta testing. Couldn't even sign up as a landlord. Uninstalled.
Not able to submit payment. Error message appears.
Thus app does not recognize the security code for American express cards.
I think it's BS that I have to pay a fee because I had to call in my rent payment this month. The update to the app should have been completed before the first of the month.
It used to work but now won't process payment.
