RentCafe Resident App features (options vary based on each community):
- Submit one-time payments in three easy steps with various payment methods.
- Set up monthly automatic payments to help you avoid late fees.
- Share rent, utility, and other costs with roommates using monthly automatic payments
- Submit maintenance requests with photos and voice memos and track progress along the way.
- Reserve community amenities such as the clubhouse, meeting rooms, and pool area with just a few taps.
- Track when your packages are delivered or picked up, all within your app.
- Sign and complete your lease renewal directly in the app.
- Interact within your community through the Bulletin Board.

The RentCafe Resident app has been designed for communities that use the RentCafe platform as their Resident Portal. The app does what it is designed to do but it is kind of slow. I wish a lot more of the features were used by my complex. To those having biometric/fingerprint issues on Android, try completely removing the application and installing it again. Sign back in with your password and go to the menu, then settings, and then biometric sign-in. It will act like it is already set up but hit the cancel button to disable it and go back to the menu and set it up again. Hopefully this helps you too.

Frustrated with not having my savings account (despite already being verified and used before) set up as a payment option for a one-time payment. I go to add it again and it says it's already been verified, implying it should be on the selection to use it for payment, correct? The menu is easy to navigate and understand but unappealing.

Very Glitchy! Not able to reset my password. I just get an extremely useless message. "There was a problem resetting your password. Thank you!" Yes... it actually says thank you. I see no where to get support either. When you can get into the app it,s much better than the Rent Cafe website. Yet you can't enjoy the functionality if you can't log in! There's a way to login with a code sent to your phone. I don't want to do that every time, just want to be able to reset my password 🙄
