The RentCafe Resident app is your partner in all things related to your community, especially when you’re on the go. We make it easy to pay rent, request maintenance, or reserve amenities.

RentCafe Resident App features (options vary based on each community):
- Submit one-time payments in three easy steps with various payment methods.
- Set up monthly automatic payments to help you avoid late fees.
- Share rent, utility, and other costs with roommates using monthly automatic payments
- Submit maintenance requests with photos and voice memos and track progress along the way.
- Reserve community amenities such as the clubhouse, meeting rooms, and pool area with just a few taps.
- Track when your packages are delivered or picked up, all within your app.
- Sign and complete your lease renewal directly in the app.
- Interact within your community through the Bulletin Board.

The RentCafe Resident app has been designed for communities that use the RentCafe platform as their Resident Portal. Some features may not be available at your property as options vary based on each community. If you have any questions about specific features, please reach out to your property management company.

Junk app. Login worked at first, but now it just claims there's no account with my email address. Also doesn't give you the ability to manually enter bank account details. Only lets you connect directly to your bank using Plaid or some such nonsense(many banks are ineligible to link, like CashApp). This forces you to either go to Walmart and pay their fee or worse, pay with a debit card and be stuck paying an extra $70+ in fees. I would give it zero stars if I could.

What a terrible app. If you try to deactivate notifications, including the app LITERALLY CALLING YOU, you can't. A modal pops up and demands you enter your username and password to effect the changes, but there's no place to actually enter them! So you can't change diddly squat. On top of that, you are bombarded with a dozen ads, popups, and useless notifications when going to pay your rent. Just GTFO of my way & let me pay, but nope. Uninstalling.

overall a good app except the payment system which for me is the #1 reason I use this app! so no debit cards...weird but ok fine so direct access using electronic check is only option. I am fine with this except it is insanely slow to withdraw funds. a week to even two weeks to withdraw funds is ridiculous! which is why I would prefer debit, even if you charged a fee at least once I paid my bill the funds would be reserved at my bank almost immediately and I would know it was successful!
