The RentCafe Resident app is your partner in all things related to your community, especially when you’re on the go. We make it easy to pay rent, request maintenance, or reserve amenities.

RentCafe Resident App features (options vary based on each community):
- Submit one-time payments in three easy steps with various payment methods.
- Set up monthly automatic payments to help you avoid late fees.
- Share rent, utility, and other costs with roommates using monthly automatic payments
- Submit maintenance requests with photos and voice memos and track progress along the way.
- Reserve community amenities such as the clubhouse, meeting rooms, and pool area with just a few taps.
- Track when your packages are delivered or picked up, all within your app.
- Sign and complete your lease renewal directly in the app.
- Interact within your community through the Bulletin Board.

The RentCafe Resident app has been designed for communities that use the RentCafe platform as their Resident Portal. Some features may not be available at your property as options vary based on each community. If you have any questions about specific features, please reach out to your property management company.

app works well and is convenient for sure. I will say it's a bit pricey to pay w/ a credit card though, which I was doing simply to get cash back points. the $39.00 dollar fee for this eats most of that up up ( as I would pay off c.c. directly after, still getting points. Its only a few dollars if you pay with debit though, so depending on your senerio it's most likley cheaper to pay with debit ( Its approx $3 or $4 dollars via the debit route. hope this helped.

there's some issues with grammar and broken engrish that makes you re-read a sentence 5 times before realizing it just doesn't make sense in addition to buttons that do nothing and pull down options that don't have options to select. it did however get my maintenance request through to the front desk very quickly and the apartment staff responded promptly.

This app is fine for me sometimes, but it doesn't save login info so I have to do the full log in every time I want to check something. It now doesn't work with a password as well so I have to wait for a text or hope Google login will work which it wasn't for a while. Notifications also don't work well, and they occasionally are missed. For something as important as rent, I'd expect an app to be rock solid in reliability and for it to be more convenient than just paying my landlord directly.
