App works seldomly and as of right now it will not allow me to log in so that I can submit a maintenance request from a recent thunderstorm. Housing office doesn't use some of the features like the calendar so that residents are aware of events within the community; they'll post flyers on your door instead or send an email 3x a year. I would definitely recommend this app needs a revision or update to remedy these issues.

ive had troubles with the website, but this app was perfect, easy log in, easy to make payments, and the user interface is clean, uncluttered, and easy to navigate. highly recommend using this app over the website.

no option for using password, OTP loging only. Tried to setup biometrics, still can only login using the OTP. Selecting "remember me" doesn't keep you logged in either. The layout hides top and bottom of the screen makes navigation and understanding certain pages difficult. overall a horrible app to use.
