Ratings and reviews

Trash app when you click on request maintenance it send you to a website and you have to log in there but when you do finally get logged in the options are so limited you can't even request the right maintenance you need. If I could rate it 0 stars I would.

After the recent Sept 2023 update, it's harder to create work requests, which MAY BE THE INTENT, but giving the creators the benefit of the doubt that the app is just not fully updated yet. Please change it back to how it was, we don't need to have to log into 2-3 different apps and websites just to ask to have the AC or water heater fixed.

it makes putting in maintenance requests very easy plus I'm not waiting on hold.

What's new

New Features: Schedule routine service requests for completion during a timeframe that is convenient for you! Permission to Enter (PTE) is no longer required to submit routine service requests through the app. You can also submit multiple service requests at once!
