Ratings and reviews

Stop showing silver coins and other such ads when opening the app. When one needs to check trains in a rush, the ad pops up. Also the app detects which station one is at and yet in the suggestions below it shows a different station? Shouldn't it auto detect and pre fill the source station?

I have been using this app to book metro tickets for over a month. During this time, I have encountered a recurring glitch about 10 to 12 times: my money is debited, but the app displays a 'payment error,' and the ticket fails to show up in my history. Oddly, the missing ticket only appears in my transaction history after I initiate and complete a completely new ticket booking. I have lost more than 100 bucks in this whole issue and there is no refund whatsoever. FIX YOUR APP.

Updated review after using it for the last 2 years: I see the trains running on weekends as non-AC are not categorised properly since the last few weeks. I ended up waiting for hours. There is a constant problem with the correct platform number on Virar as well, as most of the time, the app doesn't show the correct number.
