Worst app ever... booked metro ticket when I am late for catching metro train, Though I have booked metro ticket and even payment was done successfully.. but I can't see my ticket in app because of it I have to purchase another ticket offline from counter.. worst experience ever, and so much bugs as well

Original: App is flooded with ads. Couldn't understand why railways wants to show ad in their primary apps. Secondly, if there is no Direct bus available, then the suggestion provided for changeover is misleading and cannot be relied upon. Update-1 Even after highlighting the concern, more ads have been introduced. Now the main page is full of ads...games

too much ads, banner ads are ok, but why we've to wait for 15s if it's urgent i was at platform train has arrived I've to check if it stop to my station or not on app, but when i open it plays ad of 15s and train goes. m-indicator is the best. 17/06/25= still same issue 07/01/26= still same issue + 04/04/26 = still same issue
