Passengers booking their rides through Empower can request rides from Everyday, Everyday XL, Premium, and PremiumXL vehicles. Passengers can also select a favorite driver or same-gender driver!

much cheaper and more sustainable than Uber and Lyft. I support this app because the drivers actually get to keep more of the money from the fare and is cheaper than the main competitors! it does take a while for you to get a ride, so keep that in consideration when booking a ride. the user interface is a little slower than Uber and Lyft as well.

I like it. Except I've left keys in the car before, and there is no way to contact a driver, like in other apps, to recover things quickly and safely for both sides. Cheaper rides. Better for the drivers. But sucks if you accidentally leave something there 😢. You'll never see it again.

The app is terrble for so many reasons. It sucks that you can't store multiple forms of payment. I keep getting matched with a horrible horrible driver who I have given a thumbs down to every single time. He doesn't speak enough English to be a rideshare driver. The gps keeps taking drivers to the hotel next door instead of my apartment building even though I put in the actual address. The drivers never confirm which address they have arrived at. It sucks that you can't book a multistop trip.
