Ratings and reviews

Why do it always give me one price then charge me a whole other price. For example it will say $14.52 then charge $20.00. I know about the hold. But the finale price after my ride is complete is $15.52. This is false advertisement, scam and a rip off. The price should be the $14.52 that was quoted when I booked the ride. This is not the first time this has happened. Yes it's only a dollar but sometimes it's more and those dollars add up.

when the driver shows up , don't get lost, and doesn't idle on 4 min away for 10 min the app can be cheaper though than Uber or Lyft but there's no customer service number you have to email and wait and wait. I emailed about a ride that never showed up. I'm still waiting for a response that was like 2 weeks ago. I got charged for it and they never showed up. plus I was locked out on my account for 2 months because I couldn't get a hold of anybody. finally got back in it. this app can be iffy🤷

I downloaded the app to compare prices, and honestly it’s not much cheaper. On a $60 ride, the difference was only about $2–$5 compared to Uber or Lyft. You’d expect a bigger price gap if the fare is supposedly going entirely to the driver, but that doesn’t seem to be the case. On top of that, the UI feels clunky and not very user friendly.
