Passengers booking their rides through Empower can request rides from Everyday, Everyday XL, Premium, and PremiumXL vehicles. Passengers can also select a favorite driver or same-gender driver!

do not use! they have bad rules and GPS. I used it for the first time and the apps current location put the wrong address without me knowing. I only realized when the map showed the driver at a wrong location. It was far for me to walk but near enough to drive his car. I texted him he was in the wrong spot. he refused to come and then they charged me. I contacted their support and they wouldn't change it even though it was a mistake on their end. Could be good but blaming customers is wrong.

I don't know if this is just my area, but this app is full of scammers who get to about a minute of your location and just idle there until you cancel. If you cancel within a minute distance of your location, you pay a fee, and there's no customer support to dispute it. You could just order another taxi and let them wait there until they cancel on their own, but it ends up being a huge waste of time

Why do it always give me one price then charge me a whole other price. For example it will say $14.52 then charge $20.00. I know about the hold. But the finale price after my ride is complete is $15.52. This is false advertisement, scam and a rip off. The price should be the $14.52 that was quoted when I booked the ride. This is not the first time this has happened. Yes it's only a dollar but sometimes it's more and those dollars add up.
