App is constantly freezing, adjusting the angle is difficult. Presets do not stay set where you have them. Play back either won't load at all or stops in the middle of watching it and goes back to live feed on its own. Also the playback has no speed options. There is potential here but a lot of improvement is needed. Unfortunately my camera forces me to use this app

After the last update, I can no longer view video on my SD card. This was NOT an issue before the update. Also, there is NO customer service as ALL websites and links have been disabled. THIS is my last ditch effort to gain some form of information regarding what was once a decent product for the price. Works pretty good. Have had to reinstall 3 times and the rates on monthly storage went up. Still overall a good buy.

Camera works great!!!! Hasn't missed a beat since install. I had bad luck when I initially installed one of these cameras but it was my bad because I had the cat 5 wired wrong. Once the cat 5 was wired correctly this thing works great!! I see the app has been updated. Before the presets wouldn't work but they work beautiful now. Very happy with my purchase.
