Minimum charge of $105 ($35 "per month" but charged quarterly). There are more affordable options and they know it; they're just counting on customers being too sick to carefully read the fine print. There's no checkout where you have a chance to confirm the amount you're paying, even the invoice hides what they charged in an attachment. Really gross approach to business. Don't forget to cancel (and cancel for any elderly parents) or you'll be paying out every three months, used or not.

Absolute garbage. It's advertised at $20 per month...but they billed my credit card for a full year $240,when contacted them, they said they bill a year in advance. The service is absolutely horrible, they ask many questions multiple times and zero follow up. This is infuriating I understand that this detail is buried in the billing terms. I already reached out to customer service, who is as useless as the doctors on this app.

This app has been a life saver & MAJOR time saver for me! As a guy who lives in a busy city, where it's impossible to get an appointment the same day or next when you are in a crunch, this app delivers results NOW! I don't pay for premium ANYTHING on apps. But I did for this one because of the benefits of it & THIS WAS worth every penny! ALSO, I was hit by a car recently & I'd like to shout out Dr. Marsha Dunkley for being even more thorough and professional than the docs I saw in person.TY!
