i have been to different poke places and they all have shrimp for those who dont like the raw stuff. My boyfriend likes the raw stuff and he said it was good. The protein was fresh. if the customer service was better i would have gave it a 4. I give it a 2 because of the customer service. I understand why they had to charge me full price although i did not get the protein. They charged me an extra $1.50 to get avocodo. You make loyal customers by working with the customer and doing what sound fair.
Search is terrible. Wow in this day and age can an app designer make a search feature that actually works? Search for let us say auto parts. You get auto repair shops, dealerships, car washes, etc. Finally you find what you need but it is 30 miles away. Very accurate. But hey their paid advertisers get front billing so the search is made more accurate, I mean profitable for yelp...
Need to fix it I've been using your app since the beginning and there's one bug that really annoys me. Once the app is minimized, it resets the everything that I've searched for and stays from the main screen. I have to go back and search all over again. Please fix this. Other than that, yelp is a really great resource and I couldn't live without it. Nobody will ever catch up.
Indespensible app but flawed Nothing else compares to Yelp for quick restaurant searches and timely reviews but it would be a wonderful thing to make sticky search filters. If I look for dog-friendly Japanese restaurants open at 10pm in downtown LA, then change the locale to Pasadena, the filters reset and I have to reselect them. It's a simple fix that would enhance the user experience.
Surprisingly Good Pleasantly surprised that the (large) steaks and fish offerings were flavorful. We had excellent service from our waiter, John. My ribeye had been a bit over cooked. So John insisted that he provided another. My replacement steak was quickly served and I found it better tasting than the first. They have a big menu with a large selection of pies. When in Gordonsville area again we will surely return.
Tips Ridiculous tips. They automatically charge me with 18%.They didn't even give an option how much would i give them knowing that we are only 3 adults and 4 children literally children ages 1 year old, 2 years old, 6 years old and 15 years old. Then they gave me the wrong food i ordered to go and when i ask if they can change it they said no. I am so much disappointed with how they treat customer especially with the tips.
