Great game. I believe I found a bug though. It used to be that my deuterium tanks and hydroponics would produce resources quickly, filling up the storage in a matter of 2 minutes.... now that I am further in and built and upgraded a bunch of stuff all at once, the deuterium tanks and hydroponics are producing exponentially slower... it now takes 2 hours to fill them. I do not believe this is meant to work this way. Please advise. Thx. If I figure it out, I will let you know what is the cause. Edit: sorry, it seems the deuterium tanks and subspace scanners are affected... the hydroponics are still producing normally and fill in 2 minutes as opposed to 2 hours.
Thought it was a great game until I went to buy my first item using my free dilithium earned through game play. I had 125 dilithium. I wanted to buy a character... the confirm purchase window opened. I clicked cancel and it wouldnt back out. I was like ok.... ill click accept and call it a lesson learned.. wouldnt accept. The purchase window wouldnt close. I had to force close the game. Turns out everytime i hit accept the 19 dil cost came out of my bank but I did not get the character. I now have no Doctor M Benga and only 68 Dilithium.
Awesome game. No ads, no commercials, play and build at your leisure. Needs more ships to choose from though. Also, ever considering also doing a Star Wars, Battlestar Galatica, or some other versions of space movies? Be really awesome to see those.
I loved it!!! I am a huge star trek fan and there are so many references to the series. The only reason I gave it a 3 in graphics is cuz it's pixelated. I love pixel art but lots of people like HD graphics. Get this game
"Captain, we're under attack!" "Shields up! All hands to battle stations!" At this point I'm greeted with floating cubes on the screen to click on to progress. I had to laugh. Maybe I'm in the minority here, but I don't see how this is fun. I understand the limitations of touch controls, but more thought is needed for a gameplay mechanic. If clicking on the screen to collect floating cubes is all you guys could come up with for immersion for the first five minutes of the game, why would I want to invest any more time let alone real money?
Initially this game is good: a fun vintage Star Trek experience. But after several days, the game suddenly and with no warning increased the timers of several resource gathering rooms (from 2 minutes to 2 hours or more). No explanation given. Dilithium is needed to accelerate the timer every time you gather, and dilithium costs real money. This blatant cash grab made the game much less fun for me. It was a good experience up to that point.
