it works great most of the time. but there are plenty of times when suddenly I don't have a connection unless I disable the SIM and re-enable it. and then sometimes it logs me out of the app. and if you get logged out of the app then it stops working and you can't get it to work again unless you have a connection. but you can't get a connection if the sim won't work. so then I have to find a Wi-Fi somewhere and get on it and then log into the app and then it works again.

A waste of money. I bought the eSim for a trip to Mexico. Once in Mexico, the eSim was not working... for anything. After speaking with support, apparently, the eSim only allows you to use certain apps like Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram or Skype.. I could access those over wifi. What was the point of the eSim again??

In general, I'm very happy with Yesim. The app is excellent, the support is quick and efficient. In most places the connection was very good. In Sweden, however, in some places the connection was very poor, or no connection at all, because Telenor, the network operator Yesim is dealing with, had a very limited coverage in the area. Other than that everything was great. I only wish they would be dealing with more operators.
