Ratings and reviews

App will not let me sign up or sign in. It keeps saying "the network connection is abnormal. Please check and try again". I've tried it with different wifi connections and routers and also with cellular data and with different phones. Nothing works. The app and watch are useless. ***UPDATE*** I decided to change my country to China instead of United States to see if it would let me sign up and it did. Don't know why it wouldn't let me otherwise but I was able to sign in and get the watch working

It's a very good app but there are issues. First, please change the current, ugly, hardly readable font face and use Arial or any other mainstream fonts. Second, make it compatible with the "Perso-Arabic" script. Finally, fix the issue of constantly logging the user out of the app and forcing them to turn on their location services when they power either the phone or the watch on and want to pair these devices.

I recently purchased the Haylou Solar 5 smartwatch and found two issues that the watch remove all data i.e steps counter become zero when i reconnect it with bluetooth and the second the watch fails to display caller names, only showing numbers even when contacts are saved in phone. This basic feature should work seamlessly. Developers should address these issues in the next update to enhance the overall user experience. Thank you
