Ratings and reviews

Everything was awesome about this app until this last update. I don't know why you don't have the options of the " Shop" and "Return Tickets" anymore. Because those functions are in important and if they do remain in the app I can't find them. If we can get back the large menu we had I would rate this app a lot higher. Because those functions were important to me.

What a piss poor app. Your admission process shouldn't rely on our equipment. When the app breaks there is no support. There is no other option. When you call the ticketing hot line, you have to leave a voicemail. Then they try and blame it on your phone.

I'm a membership owner and when I try to use the app, it crashes. When I click "My Hawks Account" it crashes. There's no support or means of communication with support to help with this issue. I haven't been able to login and it seems I keep getting a "validation code" via email but I can't enter it in anywhere. Very frustrating.
