Ratings and reviews

Consistently crashes. When it doesn't, it takes forever to load. Then games/stats are out of sync. Too much bloat in the app! Please gather feedback from users on how to trim it down, or hire better engineers. I tried providing in app feedback, but it loads the following: ERROR: It looks like we couldn't find a form with that URL. Please double-check the URL and try again. If you're still having trouble, try contacting the person who sent you this form. 1 star overall. 2 for being a Spurs fan.

Updated to add it still does this. Closed all the time, etc. App closes all the time... Again. Very frustrating. I was excited to see it was working... For about the first 3 or 4 times I opened it. Now it's back to it's nonsense of closing and not being operational without more than one try to be able to open it again. This app is how season ticket holders access our tickets and is the only way to access them. Maybe we can have the developers focus on both phone platforms not just Apple?

App use to work great for 3 years and then after the update the app keeps crashing. I can't access my tickets without it crashing. We almost didn't get into parking because the app would never open my tickets. Luckily they let me park but then the issue of getting my tickets. Had to leave entrance walk around to the ticket booth for them to text me my tickets then walk all the way back. No one seems to know how to fix it.
